I have a problem to backup and restore data.

the datetime data are recorded in the file restoration but they are incorrect. I noticed that the file it specifies the time zone "+0:00" and are given - 5:00 which is exactly the time zone for my area (-5:00 GMT) .. how should I do to have a correct restoration

thank you.

I believe that importation is a fit of the data according datetime timezone and this line in the export file "/ * 40103 SET TIME_ZONE = '+00:00' * /;" I would like the data are not changed.

I have retested this function and did not discover the problem that you have mentioned.
Here is the database that I've created, you may use it for testing:
server=sql3.freesqldatabase.com;user=sql329065;pwd=gJ9!lY8*;database=sql329065;
May I know which version of MySqlBackup.NET are you using?
